ABOUT ME

Growing up in a small town in Louisiana, my outlets for sharing creative work were limited. As a kid, recognizing art, storytelling, and technology as arms of the same machine was an eye-opening experience; my top three interests were replaced by a fixation on any and all forms of digital media. Today, I owe my continued passion for this field to an ever-present want to expand my artistic range and a constant need to push boundaries. I’ve never felt more driven than when a project presents me with the opportunity to dive into new styles, color spaces, or even entirely new artistic mediums. A realization I’ve come to over the years is that mastering digital media isn’t about maintaining a clinical understanding of a given task; it’s about allowing the project to define your approach and having the skill and experience to assert its potential.

As both a designer and a programmer, I often find that my approach to code is creatively influenced just as my designs are often shaped by a more technical mindset. I believe that the intermingling of mediums, practices, and diversified approaches to your craft is the best way forward in the multifaceted digital world we’ve grown accustomed to. For example, during my formal training in photography, I found new principles bleeding into my work as a designer; sometimes new perspective is all that’s needed to completely rework your perception of a skill.

My biggest objective, especially in freelance work, is to turn client visions into reality. My home base in Littleton, CO allows me to reach so many thriving local small businesses as well as much of the Denver metro! I can’t wait to hear your story and the aspirations you hold for the future of your digital media presence.
